The school began in 2017 and is now taking admissions for both primary school and secondary school.

The North Green School tuition fees is paid in two amounts each school term; one part is in Uganda shillings and the other is in US dollars as follows:

Year 7 to Year 9 UGX 3,170,500 & US$ 471.00
Year 10 UGX 4,374,900 & US$ 756.00
Year 11 UGX 6,483,200 & US$ 1132.00
Year 12 Arts UGX 8,289,000 & US$ 1561.00
Year 12 Science UGX 8,289,000 & US$ 1754.00
